S.R.0.1257(I)/2020 -In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990. In suppression of its Notification No. S.R.O. 555(I)/2020, dated the 19th June, 2020. The Federal Government pleased to exempt the import and subsequent supply of the following goods. From whole of the sales tax specified in columns (2) and (3) of the Table below:
This Notification shall take effect from the 1st day of October, 2020 and shall remain in force up to the 30 th day of June, 2021.
