How to claim the prize on winning 750 Prize Bond 2022?
A winning prize bond can be claimed within six years after the date of the draw from the State Bank of Pakistan and the National Savings Center. You have to take your 750 prize bond along with a copy of your CNIC to the National Savings Center or the State Bank of Pakistan.
Rate of Income Tax on Prize Money of Prize Bond
State Bank of Pakistan / National Saving Centre will deduct Income Tax from prize money according to the active status of the winner with FBR. If the winner’s name is in the list of ATL, then the tax rate will be 15% otherwise double tax rate of @30% will be charged on prize money under section 156 of Income Tax Ordinance 2001.
