FBR tax offices renamed

Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Monday issued an office order under Section 4(1)(r) of FBR Act, 2007. Whereby FBR renamed it’s field offices of three major cities. The new names of FBR tax offices will take effect from September 01, 2020.

a)- Large Taxpayers Unit (LTU) Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad renamed as Large Taxpayers Office (LTO) Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.

b)- LTU-II Karachi renamed as Medium Taxpayers Unit (MTU) Karachi.

c)- Corporate Regional Tax Office (CRTO) Karachi and Lahore renamed as CTO Karachi and Lahore.

d)- Regional Tax Office (RTO)-II Karachi renamed as RTO-I Karachi

e)- RTO-III Karachi renamed as RTO-II Karachi.

f)- RTO-II Lahore renamed as RTO Lahore.
