You may follow these steps to access and download your Zong tax certificate very easily.
- Download the ‘My Zong App ‘:
To get a Zong tax certificate, you first need to download and install the My Zong app from the Google Play Store or iOS App Store on your smartphone.
- Sign Up to your Zong App:
Open My Zong App and then enter your Zong sim number. The applicant will receive a confirmation SMS on Zong’s cell number which will contain the PIN number. Enter this PIN and log in.
- Login into your Account:
Sign in to your Zong account using your registered credentials.
- Navigate to Menues of My Zong App:
Now look into the different menus available on the ‘Home’ screen of the My Zong App.
- Access the ‘Tax Certificate’ Section of the Menu:
Access the ‘Tax Certificate’ section of the menu and click and open this option to download the tax certificate.
- Provide the Necessary Details:
Here you have to enter the start date and end date of the required ‘Tax Certificate’ period. For the tax certificate for the tax year 2023, you need to enter the start date as “1st July 2022′ and the end date as “30th June 2023”.
