Up to Rs 2,200,000 there are no changes in rates of salary tax. From Rs 2,200,000 to Rs 7,000,000 there are changes in salary tax rates.
There is no change in tax rates up to salary income of Rs 2.2 million. Tax rates for income between Rs. 2.2 million and Rs. 7 million have been reduced. However, income exceeding Rs. 7 million will continue to be taxed at 35%.
