
The federal government kept the price of petrol stable for the people by reducing the tax rate on petrol.
The government has kept the price of petrol stable for the next fortnight up to 28th February, 2021 by reducing the tax on petrol to provide relief to the people. On February 1, the tax rate on petrol was 33% and now it reduced to 31%. The tax collection per liter now reduced from Rs.37 to Rs.34.
That is why the price of petrol per liter remains unchanged at Rs 111.90 per liter as it was on February 1. The government has been reducing taxes on petrol for the last three months.
