FBR announces planned system downtime up to 30th August 2021

Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) issued Press release today (on 22nd August, 2021) regarding the scheduled downtime of it’s systems (which includes FBR websites, Iris, Taxasaan application, eFBR, and sales tax etc.,).

This downtime of FBR systems will continue till 30th August 2021 for up to 4 hours daily. However, the Customs-related WeBOC and OneCustoms services will be continuously available during this time. The downtime of FBR services will be from 00:00 till 04:00 hours every day till 30th August, 2021.

“In order to provide seamless online taxation services, we are upgrading our technology infrastructure. Please note that all of our Inland Revenue Services including Iris, eFBR, Tax Asaan, Sales Tax, etc. will be temporarily unavailable from 00:00 till 04:00 hours every day till 30th August 2021. However, Customs-related WeBOC and OneCustoms services will be continuously available during this time.

FBR regrets any inconvenience caused in advance and looks forward to serving its customers with improved efficiency.“
