- Write your Account ID (available on your bill).
- Select period for withholding tax statement is required.
- Write the alphabets as shown in the captcha image.
- Click on “Inquire Tax” and your tax certificate will be shown to you.
- Now you can download and save it

You can also download PTCL tax certificate by using PTLC Touch app available in Play Stores / IOS Stores. You should follow the following steps:
- Download PTCL Touch App (UPTCL – APP Up your Life!)
- Login the APP by providing account details
- Search main menu and then access tax certificate tab.
- Enter info here like: start year, start month, end month and end year for which tax certificate is required
