The government has decided to launch the “Kamyab Pakistan” program on July 29. It is an initiative that offers a multiple opportunities which includes loans for small businesses, farmers, households, health cards, and technical training under the program.
The government expecting to dig out four million families out of poverty through the launching of this program.
Above decision was taken at a official meeting between Finance Minister Shaukat Tarin and Special Assistant on Youth Affairs Usman Dar in Islamabad on Wednesday, stated Radio Pakistan.
Shaukat Tarin said the program will include housing projects, skill development, soft loans, health cards and agricultural services.
The government has allocated billions of rupees for ‘Kamyab Pakistan’ project. Under which interest-free small loans of up to Rs500,000 will be provided to four million households. There is also a plan to provide interest-free loans to farmers under this program.
Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Youth Affairs Usman Dar said. That under Kamyab Pakistan, one member of a family will be provided technical education. He said, people from across the country will include in the low-cost housing scheme. There is also a plan to help the low-income people through this micro-financing.
